Refund policy

I've never had a refund policy, because no one has ever asked for a refund!  With that being said, my goal is to have happy customers!  If you aren't delighted with RowStraps, by all means let me know.  If we can't resolve the issue, I'll be happy to refund your purchase once it is returned.
